Court update

Court of appeals reverses Stevie’s conviction

August 20, 2026, the Court of Appeals announced their decision in Stevie's appeal. A 3-0 panel of judges reversed his case and remanded it for a new trial. The reversal came after a very successful oral argument and an appeal stacked with separate issues. This is a huge accomplishment, but only the beginning of a whole new fight that Stevie must overcome in order to get his life back.
